Read all the success stories on BB. Looking at pictures of all the people here who are in such fantastic shape also helps.

Sure do. Cycle your calories up and down. Monday through Friday keep the diet clean, and Saturday & Sunday bump it up some. Don't go crazy with crap food, but add some more carbs and even a favorite food. You want to hit the gym Monday totally rejuvenated and muscles full of energy. This doesn't need to be extreme. Unless you are planning to do show soon make small calorie changes and still focus on building some muscles.

Thanks for the add. Very impressive muscle gains in the last 3 years. Most people would kill to gain almost 40 lbs of muscle in that amount of time. Great work!
