How I Started: I was sick of being the skinny guy in the group.
Why I Love It: It has greatly enhanced my self-confidence, made me more disciplined and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated: Read all the success stories on BB. Looking at pictures of all the people here who are in such fantastic shape also helps.
BB Accomplishments: Gained ~ 20 lbs of lean muscle so far.

I think anyone on here will tell you that diet is the only thing that will get rid of a belly. That was always my problem area & I lost it all thru diet - no cardio at all! I wrote a blog on diet tricks if you want to read it. Good Luck! :)
