Get through Christmas and get setup for a New Year start with a goal to record a loss in fat percentage (1 or 2%) throughout Jan 2010.
Goal (Long):
Currently overweight and tubby at 154lbs (was 160lbs) want to drop to 125lbs and gain some nice muscle defintion. If I can acheive that then I would love to take it a bit further and get some ab defintion and look really lean :D
I lost nearly 2stone when I had my son and reached around 153lbs but that had crept back up slowly, I am currently at 154lbs having brought it down from 160lbs.
I have set myself the whole of 2009 to at least drop the fat so I am slimmer and within healthy weight range instead of touching the obese mark.
I would then to take the muscle defintion and bodyfat a bit further so I am under 15% (hopefully showing abs) ready for my 30th birthday in March 2010! Due to muscle weighing more than fat I'm not sure what my bodyweight would be but I suspect heading for 81/2 stone (119lbs).
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 29 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
14%
Upcoming Contest:
My 30th Birthday Spa Day Out (not a contest I'm afraid)
Buffmother is living proof there are buff bodies after child birth! Also that your body can be whatever shape you are willing to work hard for :D Love her to bits :D
Shannan is a wealth of knowledge and tips that can help the most novice of lifters! Her willingness to pass on all the things she has learnt about getting lean is fantastic!
Well yesterday was a complete disaster! No workout and food intake all over the place!
Things have been a bit atmospheric at home for a couple of days, the stress of dealing with reading through and choosing which treatment my husband wants to take for his prostate cancer coupled with the...

Following the Body for Life program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) lose weight and get into the best shape of our lives and in only 12 weeks. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. Keep believing & achieving!
