Taken a year ago. I still wasn't a hardcore gym-goer, but my undergrad lifestyle was definitely more active than my life as a graduate student. It definitely shows!
Coming full circle.. I took my first progress pictures at my parents' house after discovering BB.com. Here I am again, a year later!

Taken after a weekend of non-clean food and some drinking. Not sure how much progress I made, if at all, with my abs. Since pushups don't work biceps, this is my starting material for my arms!

So.. haven't really been working out or eating properly. Really tempted to delete past pictures and "start over" but need to keep a reminder for myself that if I don't work on my goals every day, nothing will change.

My stomach is definitely my problem area. I've been fortunate in that my legs are naturally pretty toned. It's my upper body that gets me in trouble.

In the middle of HIIT week 3. This entire week was full of eating poorly thanks to my need to snack/eat junk while studying. Going on a retreat this weekend so there will probably be drinking involved but hope to make good progress after I get back. I wanna see ABS!!

Back picture.. I feel that squats have helped my glutes but not sure if a difference can be seen in the pictures
