Overall Goal: Would like to gain muscle and lose fat especially around the hips area. As of 11/02, I have 2 months till my 25th birthday..I want to look and feel good!

Goal (Long):
Keep up my fitness all year long and continue to make improvements in my overall lifestyle.
So last night, I finally gained enough courage to head over to the free weights/resistance training area at 24 Hour Fitness. It was always intimidating to go over there with a bunch of regular guys and hardly, if any, women over there too. But after being shown by a trainer some of the exercises...
You are so delish! I LOVE the progress! haha! I think if you go hiking with a backpack u will prolly work off the areas on ur hips ur so worried about, wherever that is...

I am going to cut up and become the image for others to follow, as well as gaining my CPR and NASM! I also am going to stay motivated no matter what Roo!
