How I Started:
I originally started lifting weights when I was ten, and continued on and off through high school. I am just starting back since I finished with track my senior year of High School.
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy and self assurance.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at pictures of myself when I was in worse shape.
I recently suffered a slipped disc. It is a condition that runs heavily In my family. I suffered the injury doing one of the things I love most, fishing. I guess it happened from standing up while driving in rough water. I guess it will slow my workout plan some, but I plan on doing everything...
I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals.
