I was 357 pounds. It is really terrible being in so bad physical form at 22 years old. Everybody go to the club and have fun. Me, i was working overtime at job because I was trying to forget my physical condition.
In september 2006, i decided it's was time to do something. I started a high protein diet but not verry stict. If the diet is too severe, you loses the motivation and your metabolism is accustomed to receive few nutrients.
After few month, i started the trainning at the gym 24h near my home. The physical training is very important since it increases the metabolic activity (you burn more calorie), it helps to firming and it builds beautiful forms.
Why I Love It:
You have only one body ... you must take care it !!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I see the result, it is not too fast but the most important is that i did not continue to gain weight.
BB Accomplishments:
In 1 year, I lost 160 pounds! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! without chrirugical intervention , I have only to change my food and go in the gym 3-4 times per week. Is it too complicate to be in good physical form? ? ? ? ?
Now, I have 20-30 pounds approximately to lose to be in good health and great shape. My objective is 165 pounds for my 5'9. I know that I will be able to achieve my goal even if it is not always easy because:
