How I Started:
I just got to a point physically where I couldn't take it anymore. Enough is enough. I want to feel comfortable, not fat and awkward.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better and I know that it will pay off if I stick with it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep going everyday. Trying to keep up with everyone else keeps me motivated.

Day One- 265 Lbs. Need to change my life. Everyone has to start somewhere.
Haven't lost too much weight but I know I've lost some fat and gained some mass. Feeling much stronger.

Everyday I warm-up for 10-15 minutes on the elliptical. I tend to burn about 100-150 calories and try to do intervals to get my HR up.
