I started teaching Jazzercise, and was just getting too skinny, I wanted to put on some size and enlisted the help of my trainer.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump I get from lifting weights, I love to see myself leaned out for competition, it's a great feeling!
How I Stay Motivated:
Hmmmm....these days it's been tough, but I hate myself when I'm overweight, I stay focused my remembering people I admire like Monica Brant, Jenny Lynn, Davana Medina etc.

1st Place Debbie Kruck Classic, Tall Class for figure 2006. Ava Cowan Classic Winner 2006. 2nd place Ancient City Classic tall class. 5th Place 2007 SouthEastern USA
13 weeks post baby now and still rockin'! Feeling really disciplined :) 30lbs down WOO HOO!
Goal (Long):
My goal this year is to finish loosing my baby weight, and then start a building plan to get ready to knock 'em dead for some spring shows. I plan on joining a new team for the new beginning! I want to go all the way this time!
So I rarely ever update this blog, but just had to share! Went to the doc today and I'm dialated and ephacing!!! Said he thinks I'll go on my own very soon, but if not they'll induce on Tuesday :) WOO HOO!!! Baby in less than a week!!! Can't wait to start my post baby body blast :)~ So much work...
Day 1- 45 min spin class
Day 2- 45 min spin, full body circut
Day 3- 45 min spin, or 45 min outdoor walk
Day 4- full body circut
Day 5- rest
Day 6- full body circut, 30 min cardio
Day 7- Rest
Hey girl! Being a mommy has been so overwhelming, but I have been getting used it. :) It's so cool to see how she changes from day to day. I still can't believe I created this little person. I am healing well from the c-section, so hopefully I will get the clear to work out next doctors visit in 3 weeks. I am already down 20+ pounds already, but I have a ton more to go.
:( Just can't wait to start exercising again. How is your little one doing?
Hey girl!
Had the baby last week. My water broke actually on my due date, but ended up in a C-section. :( My baby was too big for me to push out 8.8 ounces and 19 3/4 inchs. The baby and I are doing fine. Recup sucks. Gained a alot of water weight from the operation b/c they overloaded me with fluids. Training is on the back burner until I get the ok from the doctor. How are things? How is your little one doing?
Hey! Congrats on your 25 lbs weightloss. No baby yet. I am not dilated at all. I think she's getting too comfortable in my tummy! The doctors are afraid that she is going to be too big and want to to induce me this Wednesday if I don't go on my own by this Tuesday. I am scared of being induced. I have heard horror stories. How was your experience?
I am a huge Cathe Friedrich fan. You would never believe this woman has 3 kids! Check her out: www.cathe.com. Her workouts are geared towards to advanced home exerciser. She just started program beginner/intermediate workouts. When I could get to the gym I use Cathe. Working out to Cathe is like working out to your own personal training. She really kicks my ass!
That's great there is no sibling rivary. :) Your son looks older than a toddler, which is good. Usually the toddler/infant has issues, so that's good. Hubby taking about a #2. S*** we will see after this one! Uh-oh...I am a huge germ a phob as it is. This should be fun. I do agree facebook is confusing, but I got the hang of it now and now I am addicted! I do like the layout of myspace better, though.
Use your preggo pics as your before. :) I am scared to try the un-assisted pull-up bar. My ass is so fat I am afraid that I would break it as soon as I try and pull myself up! lol I could never do un-assisted my butt is such a weakling! I will check out the program. I saw the commericals. There is no excuse not to get ripped up after 90 days.
Are you on facebook? I have alot of my pics on facebook. I will definately be posting some baby pics. I left myspace after getting virus. How is your son coping with his new little sister?
I hear P90X is the ****. It's one the hottest most intense programs out there that really gives you results because it is so damn hardcore. Congrats on your weightloss, girl! Wow! That's fast! I may have to check out the program. I hear it is quite time consuming though and you have to workout 6 days a week. My in-laws are staying 2 months, so I won't beable to workout at home with them around. :( I have a small gym in development. I may have to hit that until they leave.
Yeah I am going to have to watch my cals because I am going to try and attempt nursing. If I drop my cals too low I will lose my milk, so we shall see if it works for me. If not I am starting a diet ASAP! lol
lol I am banking on going anytime, so I don't have to gain anymore weight. My doc told me that she thinks I may go to term, so we shall see! Did you go to term? I got too fat, so I am not sure if the weight will come off fast.:( Let's hope so! Are you planning on nursing? I have been told that nursing helps to drop the weight fast, too. It burns about 500 cals a day.
Hey how is the pregancy going? 33 weeks almost there! I just found out that I am having a girl. My husband and I are happy. 15 more weeks to go on this end.
