I started teaching Jazzercise, and was just getting too skinny, I wanted to put on some size and enlisted the help of my trainer.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump I get from lifting weights, I love to see myself leaned out for competition, it's a great feeling!
How I Stay Motivated:
Hmmmm....these days it's been tough, but I hate myself when I'm overweight, I stay focused my remembering people I admire like Monica Brant, Jenny Lynn, Davana Medina etc.
BB Accomplishments:
1st Place Debbie Kruck Classic, Tall Class for figure 2006. Ava Cowan Classic Winner 2006. 2nd place Ancient City Classic tall class. 5th Place 2007 SouthEastern USA

This is result of a very bad off-season. Decided to compete this year, gotta get back in shape. Here we go :)
7 weeks out, weighted 138 lbs. Cleaning out the cabinets today, getting rid everything but the neccesities!
I am going to put on just a little more size if possible and then do the All-South in November and then go to Nationals in November in Atlanta :) Can't wait!
Goal (Long):
So I did, for those that followed my progress before, I was 159lbs March 31,2007. Competed October 6th at 128lbs, which is small for my height. I've been building since October and doing well, I think I've put on some muscle and managed to stay relatively lean. I am going to be training with John Mier again this year for November. I can't wait to see what this year holds for me!

Day 1- 45 min of fasted Cardio
Bi's, Tri's, abs
Day 2- 45 min of fasted Cardio
Quads, Hams
Day 3- 45 min of fasted Cardio
Back, rear delts, calves
Day 4- 1 hour of Cardio only, abs
Day 5- 45 min of fasted Cardio
Front and side delts, chest, abs
Day 6- REST
Oh, hair and make-up would be great! I have seen some fitness models in person and they dont look the same. Still pretty, but you know that good photography and makeup can make you look sooooo much better!
Hey thanks! I did a shoot today and I think they are going to be great. I dont like the "guy with camera" shoots, but this guy has talent. Love your legs!!!
Yea Im stuck in here too. Im around Orlando... When I go outside I feel like the heat is sucking the air out of my throat! Good for sweating off a few pounds lol
