Your inbox if full, so I am responding on your wall! I do 30 to 50 crunchs in a set and three sets that is if I dont use weight, if I use weight I do 15 to 25. I do sweat but its not too bad! Hope that answers your questions, just wondering what made you ask me??

I do like 25 reps and two or three sets in a row. Make sure to only do abs every other day and train them like you would any other muscle.
