When I Started:

How I Started:
I have always worked out and tried to maintain a fit body. I was in sports all through grade school and some in college. My goals to compete started from finally solving/overcoming the fears of bodybuilding. I have an athletic build and saw how quickly I could gain muscle. I was scared the more I worked out, the more I would look like a guy! I didn't want to lose my natural feminism. With the right routine and diet though, I can have the lean toned body while staying feminine.
Why I Love It:
You know the feeling after a really good work out. Your feel on top of the world. Ready to accomplish anything. Not to mention how great you feel inside and out with the confidence it gives you.
How I Stay Motivated:
My fiance (a muscle bombshell) and the great feeling I get when I look in the mirror. I was never fat but I was not always lean and toned. For the first time I can put on jeans and not worry about anything falling over the sides. It's great! And, I never want to worry about "bathing suit season" again!

To win the TT Body Transformation Contest, and prove to my body how capable it is.
Goal (Long):
I recently enter the TT Transformation Contest through TT.com and truley cannot wait to see the reults. The workouts are great and are written up the way I already enjoy working out. No machines day in and day out. Or wokring on one muscle at a time. Full body works out, 45 minutes a day, with multi level trianing. Keep your fingers crossed for the sucess I know I can achieve! And if I prove to myself that I can get this...I will enter a competition here in the San Antonio area very soon!
Sara! How are you? Just wanted to stop in and say hi! How's training going? Are you making good progress? I hope things are going great and that you're staying focused!
Hey Sara....we are on the same track. i am ready for a new workout. Sometimes the scale does not reflect our work...but sometimes it does tell us what we'd rather not face-our diet. I know you can dig deep and make the changes you want. Keep moving towards your goal of 122. I am right there with you!!! Let's keep each other honest with our diets!!
