My Workout Program
I will be doing 30 min of cardio a day.
not going too crazy, but doing enough to get my metabolism up, and getting my body going in the right direction. I will be working 3-4 set at 10-12 reps. And 3-4 exercises per body part. Short, get in, get out work. I basically have an hour to get in and out of the gym in the afternoon. so yeah.....
