Weekends rarely seem long enough LOL. Glad to hear your cast is off. My knees are doing better...don't really hurt any more, but don't feel 100% either. Hope full use of your hand comes back quickly. My workout partner has been on vacation this week, so I've missed having a spotter but my workouts have been good.

Training is going well. Was asked by work to be on a 5K team for local corporate games so putting some running back in the mix. A little too much on the quad extensions (after a 7 mile run) has my knee sore (old man grunts inserted here). Just got a new workout buddy, happy to be getting some good spots again. What are your favorite chest and abs exercises?

my training's going well, man. making slow but steady gains, so can't really complain. i know your pain. i injured a tendon in my hand and strained my forearm. i was only out of commission from weight training for about a month. and then had to slowly get back into the swing of things. hang in there. and make the most of it.

its not to bad out here. Like it pretty good. just miss some of the warmer weather. Still hasnt gotten out of the 60s yet this week.got down to Florida for a week and that was wicked nice. hit up Mayport in Jacksonville to lift while i was there,....u Navy people arent to bad.LOL
