How I Started:
I was getting into trouble needed focus... My trainer at the gym was writing a book and need personal experience I said he could use my name in his book and havent looked back since.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel about myself... and the way the body completely transforms...

Trying to perfect and make myself look as good as possible, and making my sponsors proud and also achieving my goals!!

I have gained 35 pounds of muscle since may 2008, I just recieved 5th place outta 8 at the Nutri-Sport bb competition in Des Moines ,IA thankyou fitness world 24 for sponsoring me!!
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
i twisted a vertebre and my rib squating, did physical therapy for a day popped some things and electrified some muscles and still lifted that next day

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
cutting is shitty... mondays i do legs today i put up 450 3 sets of 15 today and my 4th set i did it 20 .... i got leg curls calf raises than 30min of cardio 3 min runnin 3 min walkin.... than tuesdays i got incline db bench 75lbs in each hand, seated rows at 210, shoulder press, ticeps...

thanks for the tips. could you send me your workout in general? whatever you do for upper body , I am especially interested in what you do for you abs chest and shoulders. The more detail the better . whatever you can PM would be appreciated as you have time. you could also look at my workouts and add suggest things there too .
