last night i traditional benched 270lbs 6x and 3 sets of 8 before that of weight building up to 270lbs seated benched 275 10x 325 8x 350 8x 360 6x than i dumbel benched 80lbs in each hand 4 sets of 8 than dumbell incline shoulder press 60...lbs in each hand 4 sets of 10 than cable cross overs 70lbs on each side 4 sets of 10 while doing cable pull downs in between each of those sets 170lbs 4 sets of 10 and in between each set of the whole workout did 25 sit ups 3 different forms weighted and non weighted and did 30mins of cardio with 2 15lbs weight vests on, on the highest incline
