guest It looks like you're new to this whole lifting scene. I see that you want to gain muscle, nothing like statin the obvious. Heres a little workout plan. Chest: 5-10 pushups if possible Back: seated rows 10-20lbs if possible Shoulders: dumbell press 25 lbs if possible Arms: curls 0lbs just the air if possible Abs: ....forget about it Steriods a MUST.
