My brother knew some people that were some friends of IFBB Pro Nasser. They started training me and got me off to a good start when I was in high school.

Goal (Long):
I want to get down to 10% BF and whether that is at my goal weight or not that is fine with me. At this point I am unsure as to what my weight would be at 10% BF. I also want to be able to bench my body weight 15x. I will go through cut/bulk cycles and hopefully eventually get in good enough shape to compete.
Yes, Ben. A smith machine will work fine if you can't find a spotter. Just be careful and not go quite as heavy as you would with a spotter there. It is safer, but there is still a chance of injury.
Great job on the 20 lbs. Just keep up the confidence and success has to happen. It is great to take it off slow and strive to maintain. That is the real work.
