What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Interval training on a treadmill switching back and forth between walking on a 15% incline and jogging slowly. When I do this my heart rate is at 75% allowing me to burn fat.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I do 45 to 60 minutes of cardio at 75% of my MHR 5 to 6 days per week when I want to decrease my body fat levels. Once I reach a body fat goal, I cut my cardio sessions down to 25 minutes at 80% of my MHR 2 days per week.
