For most of my life, I have been fat. As a child I was terribly inactive. I spent whole summers inside in front of the television. I dropped a lot of weight in high school but gained it back in my senior year when my activity level dropped. In college I worked out regularly and ate correctly. I got in the best shape I have ever been in. Unfortunately, I got lazy and took it all for granted. Slowly, the weight came back on. I want to be an example for others. I want to inspire people to live better lives.

lol..ain't that right! I walk into the break room the other day and there are cookies, beagles, and chips on the table. I mean come on...how am I expected to stay in shape with that kind of stuff lying around :) So far I've been doing pretty good at resisting the food temptation :) How is it going for you? :)
