I'm feeling great after a chest/back workout which i have not done together in a long while. I noticed strength and mass gains while losing body fat! Very excited for my next workout.

hey wsup asian buddy,
we're very similar in height and weight although your a lot more cut that me naturally haha.
but keep up the good work man! good luck on the 175! I personally want to reach 160 to 165 the heavier I go the more weight I put on my shins for running.
