I feel like I never really got started until january 2008, I had been working out but never 100% focused and with my mind on my goals, now I´m doing great and hope to see some real results.
Why I Love It:
I just like to be fit and I like to do better then the guy standing next to me in everything I do.

Just going from avarage form to good form, my major accomplishment are yet to be done.
I want to look better, always been skinny and when my body took the turn towards beeing the skinny fat guy I said stop!
Brad Pitt fight club look is something that wouldnt be to bad (no homo)
I hope to gain at least 10 pounds of muscle and drop my body fat to at least 12%
I also want to keep my goal on training for basketball so strong legs come to play there for rebounding and dunking in games without to much hassle.
