Workout Program:
Monday - Bi's, Tri's, Forearms
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Shoulders, Traps
Thursday - Chest
Friday - Legs
Saturday - OFF or i mix it up if i need to lift
Sunday - Pullups, Dips, Pushups

REPEAT!!!

I try to do forearms every other day after my arm day...

I do abs and cardio 4-5 days a week after lifting...

I NEVER DO THE SAME EXACT WORKOUT TWICE...VARIETY IS KEY...
