New Years Eve 2007 i was out wasted and said i was going to start lifting on Jan. 2nd....the rest is history....i had always been active with sports playing ice hockey since i was a little kid, and had been working out on and off for years, but this is when i decided to learn all i could and put it to use...
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get from seeing your body transform is what gets me....
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror helps...lol...knowing that all my hard work really pays off...having people ask me for questions shows me that whatever i am doing is working...people telling me how great i look is definitly the best motivation...
BB Accomplishments:
Changing my lifestyle from a 160 pounder smoking a pack of reds a day to a 190 pounder eating a pint of ice cream a nite to a much leaner, stonger, more active healther 175 pound health & fitness freak!!!
