How I Started:
I have always been athletic but i did'nt just want to be good at sport i wanted to be the best, so i stared to go to the gym and i have never looked back.
Why I Love It:
I get a real buzz when i know i have had a good workout and i just can't wait until tomorrow to train again. Not forgetting the sporting benefits of course!

Running marathons huh? Cool man. I'm working on my forth, but it is kind of taking a back seat to training for a Half Ironman. What are your times? How was the London race?
it looks as though i'm going to need surgery unfortunately! Been having physio for nearly 9weeks with no progress.
Not looking forward to it and a bit worried it'll prevent me from doing the half marathon, but ya know...i'll do my best.

oh wat sport do u do. keep it up i always am called crazy for not letting bad weather stop my training in rain/sun/snow is not an excuse to be lazy lol.

Haha yeah i know what you mean! I'm doing the same at the moment, just no weights for me...upper body anyway. Yeah the training is going well :)
I am running yes but i injured my shoulder 9weeks ago and it effects my entire back and causes me a lot of pain. Just been told by my physio, she might not be able to get me back to normal...fingers crossed i don't have to have surgery 'cause not sure i'll be able to complete the half marathon if i do!!
