Thanks! my diet was just your standard high protein low carb moderate fat diet. nothing fancy just consistent and lots of exercise.

glad I could help remember you start to rest the day before pics no workout at all that day so if you are taking pics saturday you get a whole day of rest friday until then give it hell

I have faith that you will finish strong. everytime you have a craving or want to skip a workout just think its only for a short time and you don't want to have any regrets looking back let it all hang out and thats all that matters in the end

I am planning on maintaining maybe try to put on some muscle? My goal is to keep at it for good. This is so much better than being out of shape as you know. Thanks for inspiring all us young rookies just starting out.

Oh and the junk food just made me sick. I even puked. haha. Just trust in your plan and stick to it STAY STRONG TO THE FINISH.

I know the junk food thing gets hard I had no cheating for 9 weeks and then the carb depleation during the last week was hell and the cravings were insane but Im glad I made it. But just think the food isnt even that good I went and ate a bunch of junk yesterday and I was dissapointed by everything I ate junk food just doesn't taste as good as we remember it tasting trust me.
