I intend to lose fat and get myself down to a lean weight (Approx 12 Stone) and then begin to build muscle back on again.
Goal (Long):
Over the next few months my efforts are going into serious weight loss. At present i am keeping a very cloe eye on my calorific intake and limiting the amounts of fats and refined food im eating on a daily basis. The scales at the moment are my best friend.
The goal is to lose as much fat as possible and get to a low weight of about 12 stone. From there i will then embark on building muscle and bulking up with solid muscle keeping my body fat as low as possible.
Wow inspirational or what. Im very impressed that you have achieved what im intending to do. To see the success makes it a little easier to see yourself doing it.
This is my first post and i thought id bring you all up to speed on what im currently doing.
fist job for me is to lose weight. I need to lose about 3 and a half stone at the moment. So eating a low calorie diet now, and making sure i stick to it every day.
Benji, Thanks for the vote of confidence. bs.com is a great site for you, you will meet so many people and learn so much. I'd say you lose fat and build muscle at the same time, muscle burns calories. Be consistent with weights, cardio, and calories and it will happen for you.
