Some stupid girl i was dating said i looked like a skinny little pussy after i had dropped about 35lbs of bodyfat. I didnt know the first thing about dieting or retaining muscle. i was a skinny little pussy.
Why I Love It:
i soaked in the info like a sponge. i made huge gains very quickly and turned my entire life around. this is a never ending supply of new info. Bodybuilding is a thinking game. its my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at guys like Kevin Levrone, Lee Priest, Peter Putnam, etc.... i have the dedication and knowledge to make my goals and compete. the changes i make to my body weekly keep me going.
Im considerably new to the sport. been only lifting for only 2 years nowm but 110% dedicated to this lifestyle now. detailed goal: taking 2008 off and bulking this whole year of 2009. pack on as much mass as possible and cut down beginning of 2010. tryin this year to really dial into my body chem and making those mind-muscle connections.

I want to GAIN 30 lb

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
it hasnt helped nor hurt my career as of right now. im tryin to put on as much size and keep perfect symmetry to prehaps change careers into something in the supplement endorsement line.
