i am using some chains in my workouts to work on explosiveness i think it will help ... i also think i just need to get mentally tougher...the treadmill should help with that as well

nah ive been pretty stagnant... im trying to mix things up.....im still slowly pluggin away at .. i think a lot of it is mental....

hey man i started off with a similiar build went from 140 at 6ft to 190 mostly muscle...it can and will be done

yeh you need to do more weighted jump squats and more clean and jerks imo....there are people who can squat 500lbs but they cant jump 2" off the ground....plus of course your poly work also when you jump up to the rim aim your jump higher than the rim not at it

everytime my weight gets stagnant so do my lifts...i dont know how you do it ...keeping such a low bf% and still make gains

i can feel my creatine starting to kick in ...im starting to get better pumps with the water weight hopefully this will spur on some new protien synthesis...especially with the masterdrol...i should make at least some size gains...my weight workouts are on hiatus untill this weekend in the process of moving...i did a workout with a weighted backpack doing pushups, sit ups, some shadow boxing and worked on some high kix....man i cant wait until saturday..im like a dog frothing at the mouth

stack is Methyl Masterdol 4 tabs daily/DHEA 50mgs/Creatine Monohydrate/Vitamin B-12 sublinguals/Whey Protien of course, i just take a couple caffiene pills for preworkout enrgizer....this should get me back on track....im running a PCT of Nolvadex XT which ive also already purchased

honestly this is the ****tiest ive felt in a long time,,,idk whats wrong with me i just feel weak and lethargic ...and its hard for me to get into it sometimes when i lift...maybe its just a phase idk

i also started using creatine monohydrate, which i havent used for like 2 years,,,so i should be able to make some gains just of the water weight ...idk man maybe father time is starting to catch up with me.....
