How I Started:
i used to run long distance i did it from 7th grade utill i was 20 i just got burnt out on it. I got to a point where i could run 30 miles in one day and ran a 53min 10 mile training run. However i did not like how it made my body look as you can see in the first progress pic.....so i started hitting the weights
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline. i like how it makes me feel and its a good vent

its a deep dark cycle....kidding i just like it the results keep me going plus i like the feeling it gives me....one of confidence
BB Accomplishments:
i gained over 30lbs of muscle
i have transformed my body,,,well it was 30 now its more like 40 well it was 40 now its more like 50..lol (big smile)
.......,my vertical jump is now close to what it was when i was 140lbs and about 22 years old lol im not sure what it is exactly but i can get pretty well above the rim
Description: close grip 235lbs i know i should be doing more my lockouts are great as u can see the elbow snap but my bottom part of the reps suck i also know that bringing in your hands any closer than your shoulder joints does nothing for your triceps and cuases wrist/shoulder injuries also my elbows really go prety low i cant believe how far they go down my sides on the vid also when i un rack the wieght its like a half rep i never noticed how much the bat moved b4

ive stopped taking creatine monohydrate because its been making me pretty bloated and i realized its not really doing that much for me, now im just taking a multi and whey protein, i just squatted 330x3 for 3 sets yesterday and i still cant dunk yet...jesus christ.

Sounds like a pretty mean set of supps there! So what type of supps are the Methyl Masterdol, DHEA, and what do you mean by running a PCT of Nolvadex XT?
My new stack consisted of naNOx9,creakic,gakic,aplodan,a nd anatorp70. But I started itching alot so I'm not finishing the stack. Now I'm just on the usual whey protein. I may still take some joint supplemeents tho for now. Have you given yourself some goals to look forward to for motivation? What about the music? Do you have any lifting buddies? All those factors help me!
I've been itchy alot the last 3 days-it may be an allergic reaction to this supplement stack so I'm cutting back. Great while it lasted tho. Looking forward to strength training tho here shortly. So what's up man?
ah, now i see that it was underhanded, ok nevermind,haha. Well this is my 2nd week on this stack of supplements and it's been great! My endurance is off the charts and it looks like I have more size as well as vascularity. I'm so looking forward to maxing out! How about you-any more new lifts?
I just watched for the first time your video of the clean and jerks. Yeah, that's alot how I do them. This summer was the 1st time me and my buddy concentrated on that lift and my best so far was 200lbs. It feels great locking that heavy weight over your head doesn't it!
Thanks man, it's been a lift I've struggled with alot. This is my 23rd day in a row without lifting so that I can fully recuperate, but I'm getting back to it all....MONDAY!!! I'll be starting this mass phase with a whopping 8 supplements! What's new your way?

If you haven't used any vasoliadors or whatever ya call it in that long then I'm sure they'd be doing you some real good. I'm going to cycle off the N.O. products for a few weeks shortly and take Gackic Hardcore-plan on taking 2 weeks rest, then start the Gaspari Superstack for my bodybuilding phase. I'm really looking forward to it! I'm happy to see you're still pushin' yourself! I tried to deadlift 361 today but just wasn't feelin ya know. I'm confident for next time tho!
Now that I've been on nitric oxide generators lately I feel that I'm going up on all my lifts actually. I just did 205 lbs for 3 reps in bench so you're bench is very respectable to me...lol
How's the deadlifts going. I might max out on them Monday. My back is hurting again from the clean&jerks yesterday, but I did 2 reps of 319lbs last workout after squats and hack squats so I'm confident I'll be above 350lbs now.
hah not part of the 3 plate club for bench yet as i havent really been working on that lift too much, my Max Effort upper body day changed to incline bench press and i can only push out 195 for 3 reps, im thinking of doing another 5x5 program all over again, my last bench max was 245 for 3 reps and that was about 3 weeks ago
