My goal is to put on more muscle and return to America weighing 185. I also want ti hit 500lbs for a Dead Lift.
Goal (Long):
I was a runner in high school and was in great cardiovascular shape overall, but I was not very strong. When I was 18 I was 5'11" and 158lbs and my body fat was only at 3%. I want to return to that great cardiovascular shape I was in when I was younger all while packing on more lean muscle and strength. My long term goal is to get my weight up to 200lbs and get under 10% bodyfat again.
I hate it when you know you can do something and you psyche yourself out.
1000 pound challenge/Superman Club was tonight and I only managed 925. It started with the Bench. I opted for only 225 and then put it up with ease and regret that I didn't go for more. Next was the Squat...
