I have been working hard to improve on my back and I can see a drastic change since the beginning of the year. The width is really improving alot, and now I just need to work on the thickness and detail. My low back looks MUCH better than it did a few months ago because I have been losing fat, and it doesnt have the same chub lines that it used to.

Lots and LOTS of work needed!! My arms have been growing though, since I started getting back in the gym in January. I still would like to look better overall, and need to learn to pose properly to accentuate good points and show progress better.

I was flexing my abs a little in this one to show that they are trying to come in. I also was trying to flex my legs, I have lost a decent amount of fat in them, but I still am not very good at flexing my leg muscles. I want to eventually look this way and better when I'm not flexing, and look even better when I am flexing.

I was not flexing any part of my body, just sort of letting all the chub protrude. This is how I generally look after eating or when I havent worked out that day.

Pic quality is poor, so its hard to see, but I feel like the width and thickness of my back are improving, and the low back fat is dissapearing.

I have lost about 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks, and some inches on my waist, so Im glad Im progressing.

My abs are showing a little bit, but it will take time before I get them back, but my muscles do feel much fuller.

My arms are tiny!!! I have never had big arms, and I may need to switch up my arm training to get them to start growing.

Been eating like a beast lol, but still starting to see a tiny bit of definition in upper abs, need LOTS of work tho.

My arms are sooo stubborn! I have trained bi's and tri's together, seperately, high reps, low reps, a TON of different stuff and they won't grow!!

Been trying to do more ab work, but they aren't going to show the way I want until I get serious about diet and cardio.
