How I Started:
I started going with my friend to the gym here and we were just doing cardio.. Then we met the new trainer in the gym there "Tony Brown" and he got us into training weights. we enjoyed it alot and still do...
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and I love seeing the results of it... Would love to to figure and fitness one day but I am not that advanced ... its the diet that is really hard for me to do..
How I Stay Motivated:
The people around me motivate me alot, when they say that i look great I feel like I want to do more and also looking at other people train hard and seeing how they develop makes me want to train more and look like them ;-)
BB Accomplishments:
I was 26% bodyfat when i started and it went to 14%... Don't know how much it is now, I think it might be up more since I went through a few months of moving...
I should have told you about this earlier. Just did not think about it. This is a great site to monitor your progress and learn from others.
