Hey man, Hope training is going well. It's been awhile but I'm still here. Still rasseling with/enjoying the bodybuilding experience (see recent blogs). Plan to compete again in May (pro-qualifier) and Oct (pro-qualifier). We'll see. Good luck to you. Stay in touch. Cheers, Mike
Hey man, It was a novice division so it was openweight. The winner was pretty large about 200lbs cut. He had seriously low BF as well. I was at 3.8% BF on the day and was way short of his leaness. I'd say both won the show. Posing wasn't important as most posed REAL bad but still placed well.
thanks man!
well i was the only teen so i took first haha.. i should of entered the novice, i think i could of done very well
i got a show in a week and a half where i am entering novice and teen

Just a quick note to let you know that my post today references your comment of yesterday. I wanted to let you know that I was totally cool with your questions about protein consumption and training volume. I understand that you were'nt questioning my "realness". But your comment got me thinking that some people might. Hence today's post. Cheers, Mike
