Nutrition is the paint to the masterpiece.
Cutting at the moment, by using technique called Carbcycling, rotating no carb days with low carb days. For low carb days I just subsitiute the salad with rice or multigrain bread.
Meal 1 - 100g rolled oats (1+ cups) and 350g yoghurt
Meal 2 - Tuna, garden salad, nuts
Meal 3 - Protein Shake
Meal 4 - Chicken, garden salad
Meal 5 - Cottage cheese and crackers
Meal 6 - Protein Shake
Meal 7 - Steak and veges
Meal 8 - Casein Protein

The goal physique isn't possible without the right nutrition, currently trying reduce fat percentage so taking a WPC protein, BCAA's, Acetyl Carnitine, Fat Burner, Mutivitamin and Fish Oils.
