Today was a big day for me! Not only did i finally reach 200 lbs, but i put up 315 on bench, after 3 sets no less!  Ive been putting on weight so fast that I haven't even realized the potential of my strength gains in my workouts. Unfortunately, I have a little more fat than I wanted at 15%,...
