How I Started:
In 06' I had a weight lifting class in high school. Ive always been pretty big compared to my peers and Ive been lightly lifting ever since. I guess I finally decided to structure a workout plan because I want to see how far I can develop myself.
Why I Love It:
Confidence, Ladies love it, health benefits, and who doesnt love that PUMP!
How I Stay Motivated:
Know that next week Ill be lifting more weigtht and I will be one step closer to my goals. the compliments from people help too.

Goal (Long):
Ive always been bigger and stronger than my friends, but as I get older I want to develop my body and take my fitness to a higher level. I would like a bodyfat percentage of 8% or less, and weigh 245 pounds. Some strength goals would be to Deadlift 455, Bench 405, Squat 405.
