I hurt my shoulder in 2004 and didn't work out for 9 months. I went from 180 to 199. At the start of 2006 I started dieting and went from 199 to 173.
I let myself go again after a few vacations and now in 2007 Im 195 again.
New goal , get down to 165 and stay strong.
You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort.
