I just started the German Volume Training Program! I hope to add serious LBM over the next 12 weeks.

I put on 12 lbs after 4 weeks of the 5x5 program. I'm thrilled!

A new 5 x 5 program! It feels great to be adding LBM, and my body is loving the abundance of complex carbs in my diet.

The test is in: 6.5% body fat! That is my personal best! Now I'm doing the 5x5 to pack on LBM. And carbs for every meal is awesome!

I will hit the dunk tank next week for a body fat % test. After that, it is the 5x5 workout to put on LBM.
