The feeling of your muscles growing bigger and fuller as you train and the atmosphere of working out in a hardcore gym, nothing beats it.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Yes, why not? if its becuase your working hard and not to draw attention to yourself then go for it!

So it's been a while since i had time on my hands to sit down and write this blog, since my last update ive had a few problems with my adductor managing to strain it while squatting again however having rehabed it properly this time i feel that im over it.

The tendonitis has cleared up and...

no, i didn't compete this year. i had a lot of other things going on so i couldn't prepare like i wanted to. the show was more organized than last year. they only messed up on one person's music this time. the quality of competitors wasn't as good as the year we were there but there were still some people . i'll be competing next year. how has your training been?
