You are right I do, I have my initial progress pics loaded but they won't show until I provide at least a second set. I NEED them to be as good as yours, because I intend to become certified to train and would love to use my own progress as advertisement/ credibility! Actually my son hasn't been born yet! He's about 3 months out though! I can't wait! Any advice?

I think you are on to something about cheat days! I am right there with you on learning from them. And I want to tell you that your progress pictures are pretty cool to see! You are doing a good job, isn't it addictive? Keep it up, and please stay in touch!

One more thing! Make sure you aren't getting too much sodium. Too much sodium can make your body retain extra water!

You are welcome. I'm learning as I go as well natasha, a lot of people have helped me on this site too! It may seem difficult to drink that much water, you will have to use the restroom fairly often at first but your body WILL adjust i promise!

Hi there, my name is Ben and I have a few questions for you. My girlfriend and I are expecting our first child in May, and she is very motivated to get herself into shape after the delivery. I have taken her into the gym with me and found she doesn't have much prior gym knowledge. I can offer my own advice but I'm not sure it relates to her goals or to a female body. Can you offer any tips, types of exercises or dieting information for a new mother? Thanks for your time!

Isn't bodyspace a great way to track progress? I began this page without the intention of making friends and chatting, but on second thought we may be able to help eachother stay on track! So you started yesterday, that's great! I think with hard work and motivation we can both attain our goals! Keep me posted on your progress, it's really cool to meet someone with similar goals, but also similar motivation! Thanks again for dropping me a line!
