It seems that my partially estimated bodyfat % of 6% is incorrect. It is actually 2.7% lol

Alvaritus I started a month ago following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home! Feb 12, 2009 10:07am
