Hey Ben!
4 my biceps I do a lot of different curls, regular curls, hammer grip curls, reverse grip curls, preacher curls, etc.
I mix it up between barbells & dumbells, generally 8x10 w/ 30-40 lb per arm, depending on how I feel.
I also do a lot of chin-ups & pull-ups 4 my back, which also helps the biceps.
