When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
I was always very weak and skinny, I never cared much about it though. Then as I got older I noticed how much more respect, and attention big guys got. So I worked to build my body up and I just got addicted. I was always fascinated by more muscular and extremely lean physiques even at a very young age.
Why I Love It:
It is just an amazing feeling, it makes me feel better, and its a great outlet. I don't know what I would do without the gym/bbing in my life, it has completely changed and improved my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having that ideal image in my head and letting nothing get in my way of attaining it.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching my first goal of hitting 210 lbs, then my second of getting to 230. Getting on stage. Striated Glutes, getting very lean.

The best supplement I have ever purchased:
www.biolayne.com
I was 175 here, I decided I wanted to be lean so this was after a cut for a couple weeks, when I got leaner I realized how small I really was and then the obsession began :)
Keep getting bigger til I'm ready to diet for a show again.
Goal (Long):
-Don't get overly fat when bulking
-Trying to be over 200 next time I get on stage.
-Getting my arms up to 18" (offseason)
-Deadlift 600 by 09'
-Bench 345 by 09'
-Squat 500 by 09'
-Improve my hamstrings, upper chest, and triceps
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Tough question... I think Jim Cordova has a pretty amazing and inspiring physique also. I also think Brian Whitacre has awesome condition, symmetry, and size

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
How are you ? i would like to know how you managed to get this much muscle mass while looking so defined at the same time? could you send me your training and meal programme ? Take care of your self. thanks, frank
pretty good there ben.. lats and chest seem to be responding well to some of the new training styles i've been throwing at them. grow time is now!
hope you're training is going well too buddy
Wtfux. I take it theyre a genetic strong point eh?? I didnt train mine at all, I tended to ignore a few bodyparts (arms/shoulders) and it really screwed me over time lol. I trained them for 3 months and saw some nice development but thats all x_x
