How I Started:
Needed to get my in shape to play with my kids and for health reasons my fasting blood sugar was 160 after loosing the weight it is at 103, wanted to look and feel good
Why I Love It:
I start to work out to loss weight but now I love to go to the gym. I start a new program weight 4 days a week and cardio the other 3 day and I see and feel much better.
The more you workout the more you want to workout. I also have both of my son working out with me.
How I Stay Motivated:
when you find a pair of pants the you wore in the past when you where thin and they fit again. Let rethink that tried on a pair of 40 jean and the fell off need a belt no that is Great motivation
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 105 pound and bench press more than my weight

Goal 1# bench press 300 pounds 10 times
Goal 2# Reach my weight of 220 and stay there
Goal 3# lose the last of my fat around my waist and lower back
Goal 4 # to be able to take my shirt of at the beach and have people say who is that

Some people work them everyday..I think 2x a week is good personally. Especially if you are doing full body workouts on the other days. You use your abs to stabilize you and they get worked too.
Research says here is no need to. I, personally like to get rid of everything (even my multi) for a week every 3 months. It helps to cleanse...like pushing a re-start button. I've added a b complex...love it!!!!!! I am a firm believer!!! It helps regulate insulin among a ton of other great benefits.

haha i work in the wonder bread bakery,and there is every sort of bread,pie,cakes donut,i know oh i know the suffering:)been there 9 yrs and still will sneak a apple pie,then suffer next day at gym:/ we will work together on this k,huggs
I'd have to agree with you there! Even better is getting all those great clothes on sale lol, Victoria's Secret has awesome sales right now! And the warm weather can't get here fast enough, it is a wind chill of -13 right now here and 30 mile an hour winds this morning on my drive to work. And that was after I pryed open my frozen garage door! I can't say i blame people for living in warm climates all year round!
Sounds like an amazing workout! I don't think my joints could take it these days! My legs are coming along as I have changed my program to include legs more often and I'm now building up the weight again. I also do deep lunges and squats and my definition is getting better.
