How I Started:
Needed to get my in shape to play with my kids and for health reasons my fasting blood sugar was 160 after loosing the weight it is at 103, wanted to look and feel good
Why I Love It:
I start to work out to loss weight but now I love to go to the gym. I start a new program weight 4 days a week and cardio the other 3 day and I see and feel much better.
The more you workout the more you want to workout. I also have both of my son working out with me.
How I Stay Motivated:
when you find a pair of pants the you wore in the past when you where thin and they fit again. Let rethink that tried on a pair of 40 jean and the fell off need a belt no that is Great motivation
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 105 pound and bench press more than my weight

this is me a 357 pound very unhealth and no energy. bodyfat is way to much. I nedd to get in better shape and loss weight.

Goal (Long):
Goal 1# bench press 300 pounds 10 times
Goal 2# Reach my weight of 220 and stay there
Goal 3# lose the last of my fat around my waist and lower back
Goal 4 # to be able to take my shirt of at the beach and have people say who is that
Goal # 5 to be the tranformation of the week

Awesome work brotha! I currently found I could get into to old 38's not as comfortable as I would like I have lots more to cut and time is getting on the short end!
congrats on your weight loss, your progress is great and as for my diet i have only been on it for about 2 weeks now and basically i cutt out all the bad stuff just been puttin good fats and veggies into my body!never felt better!
