How I Started:
Needed to get my in shape to play with my kids and for health reasons my fasting blood sugar was 160 after loosing the weight it is at 103, wanted to look and feel good
Why I Love It:
I start to work out to loss weight but now I love to go to the gym. I start a new program weight 4 days a week and cardio the other 3 day and I see and feel much better.
The more you workout the more you want to workout. I also have both of my son working out with me.
How I Stay Motivated:
when you find a pair of pants the you wore in the past when you where thin and they fit again. Let rethink that tried on a pair of 40 jean and the fell off need a belt no that is Great motivation
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 105 pound and bench press more than my weight

As I look back over 2008 I completed my goal of getting rest and eating normally after 3 years of solid dieting, building, & competing (9 shows in 3 years). I mentally stabilized and now am gearing up to compete again in April. Motivation is back - and I am business building. 2009 is my breakthrough year.
