I played professional football for a number of years and before that, I played at the college level. During those years, I was trained to bulk up, bodybuilding and gain weight. Now...I am trying to change all of that...basically, I would like to drop my weight, decrease body fat and lengthen my muscles. Basically, transform my body from a pro-football body to a "Beach Body"
