How I Started:
I was always one of those skinny/fat people. weighed about 102 lbs and suffered from tenion headaches. Didn't do anything active. When I started university my tuition included gym fees (even if you never went). So I decided to try it out since I was paying for it. Tension headaches ended almost instantly.... I've been addicted since.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief. It makes me feel alive.
How I Stay Motivated:
I start to feel sick when I haven't been in a while. Seeing my body change getting stronger/faster/better.

I just got them out a week ago and it went better than expected. i was eating solids that same day! The only problem is I'm still on ibeoprophene.... with is bad. Mostly at night but I have headaches on and off in the day from my jaw hurting. I had a good workout yesterday and hopefully I can...
Changed my workout to focus on my weaknesses. Similar workout to when I was cutting. I am always tweaking my workouts.
Day 1 (6): Warm up with Skipping
Calves - seated calf Machine – standing calf raise - hack squat calf raise
Shoulders – Varies with at least 3 different exercises

I was out sick for the past three weeks with a bad case of just the regular flu, it was so bad that i had to be hospitalized for two days. Done with being sick, im back at work and trying to hit the gym every day. Though, im starting off slowly with the cardio and weights but progress is good. Btw, i love your profile pic! I look forward to seeing them! Yeah the shoulder is a beast, I injured it years ago but I ignored it and kept lifting (both in the gym and at work) for years, I finally decided to do something about it after it went numb and dead on my mid bench this spring so I'm taking it semi easy on it. I've got some rehab exercises I'm supposed to be doing but I keep forgetting about them until it's hurting me or numb and then it's pointless to do them.
I'm glad to hear things are going great for you! When you coming to Florida?? lol Yea, the rotator hurts. Just when I think physical therapy is going good I mess it up again somehow.
