How I Started:
I was always one of those skinny/fat people. weighed about 102 lbs and suffered from tenion headaches. Didn't do anything active. When I started university my tuition included gym fees (even if you never went). So I decided to try it out since I was paying for it. Tension headaches ended almost instantly.... I've been addicted since.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief. It makes me feel alive.
How I Stay Motivated:
I start to feel sick when I haven't been in a while. Seeing my body change getting stronger/faster/better.

I just got them out a week ago and it went better than expected. i was eating solids that same day! The only problem is I'm still on ibeoprophene.... with is bad. Mostly at night but I have headaches on and off in the day from my jaw hurting. I had a good workout yesterday and hopefully I can...
Changed my workout to focus on my weaknesses. Similar workout to when I was cutting. I am always tweaking my workouts.
Day 1 (6): Warm up with Skipping
Calves - seated calf Machine – standing calf raise - hack squat calf raise
Shoulders – Varies with at least 3 different exercises
yes I have some pics but my lil nephew kinda kept part of my laptop cord lol when I stayed with my brother at his crib so soon as I get the cord sent then Ill prob put a few up.
Actually it was a little bit out of rage...partly workout...and a healthy dose of rage. Hence why I had to make a thread about punching bag repair. Any way keep kicking ass and lets get some progress pics up already!
Originally it was just like postural and to just generally get my back in shape and now it's just my neck is kind of forward and doesn't have much of a curve to it and hes trying to get that back.
My goal weight is 115 with 16%bf, im at 121 with 25% its been one difficult journey. For the most part, i dont take any supplements only vitamins and minerals, but recently i started taking No Xplode, so far its good gives me the energy i need for my workouts. whats your opinion? this is my first supplement, im on my third day. (:
oh you mean me looking skinny as fawk in my dress shirt/tie LOL I hate wearing those. That was for my graduation thing I had on wednesday from college.
My training is fairly shot, lost my job so I quit the gym to save money while I look for new work...and loss of work lead to loss of motivation, blah, blah, blah. Basically my training routine as of late is cardio via punching bag.
Hey just wanted to drop by and see how the new workout/training routine is treating you and pester you about updating your progress pics and your lifting stats :D
