I was pretty heavy in high school and finally decided that I didn't want to be the fat girl any longer.
Why I Love It:
I really feel refreshed and more clear-headed after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's really hard sometimes but I try to focus on the health benefits.

I've lost a lot of my major accomplishments. In the next year, I hope to have achieved them once again.

I would like to tone up and drop a few pounds.

I am about 165 and 5'8 which isn't too bad. Not chubby, but not super thin either. At my thinnest at this height, I was 140. I am about 22.5 percent body fat. I would like to get down to about 14 percent.

I want to LOSE 25 lb

I'm hear'in you. I'm down with weekend drinks and goin' out which is why i think i have to hit the gym hard through the week. I've def chill'd a bit more on hittin' clubs though and it has helped my development a lot. Slow and steady is def the way to go :)
