I am about 165 and 5'8 which isn't too bad. Not chubby, but not super thin either.
At my thinnest at this height, I was 140.
I am about 22.5 percent body fat. I would like to get down to about 14 percent.
if people view the gym that way anything they do is life changing stuff. been at this for almost nine years now and it is life changing to say the least, however just showing up is not enough. you feel me on that, have a great evening and ttysoon. jeff

I'm hear'in you. I'm down with weekend drinks and goin' out which is why i think i have to hit the gym hard through the week. I've def chill'd a bit more on hittin' clubs though and it has helped my development a lot. Slow and steady is def the way to go :)
