Actually, I don't like to work out, I especially hate cardio. (I only like to run when chased!) But I do like seeing the veins pop out, and the way I feel afterwords.

Well I started Leviathan today. Where to start? I took 1 pill at 5am just before wkout. Today was back, Bi's, and shoulders. I was pretty tired to start as usual, and the Back was an okay wkout, small increase in weight on Rows.
But...about 20 min into the workout I was doing Bi's...
Day 1- Chest/Tri's
1)Flat/Incline DB Press
5 total sets increase weight 10% each set,
1= 12 reps, 2= 10 reps, 3= 8 reps, 4= 6 eps,
5=same as set 2 with same weight
2)Flat/incline DB Press (which ever was not used first)
4 sets, same weight to hit 10 reps...
