How I Started:
weight training in my senior year at 140 lbs. could barely bench 95 lbs.
Why I Love It:
i like working out because its just you, and the cold hard reality of iron. plus, a rich man could go out and buy a ferrari but he couldnt buy a 315+ bench, or even 225 for that matter. i trust 135 lbs of iron and steel more than i trust 135lbs of female flesh.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing the results, moving up in weight, mirrors...lol

when i benched 315 the first time, coming from 95 lbs bench

VERY IMTIMIDATING PICTURE YOU HAVE OF YOURSELF THERE LOL YOUR ARMS LOOK GOOD BUT THATS IT. THE REST OF YOUR BODY IS OUT OF SHAPE. YOU HAVE TO WORKOUT MORE THAN JUST YOUR ARMS. TRYING DOING ABS WITH ELESIAN ONTOP OF YOUR STOMACH.ROFL UR A JOKE
