I started because i was tired of being skinny and weak.
Why I Love It:
It makes you look and feel great! I love the feeling of putting new amounts of wieght that i wasnt able to do before.

I just take a look at pictures of me before when i was skinny and weak!

No problem Carlos. I am sure you really needed to take some time to decompress, and ease back into a different routine. Muscle has memory, so you'll get back to where you were much faster the 2nd time around.
