The stress release and meeting people who have similar lifestyle habits as mine. I love running to find out where a path leads to, or what is around the next corner.

Running 5K and 10k races. My first half marathon was completed in 1 hour and 58 minutes. My second was 1 hour 44 minutes.
i'm talking a.m. cardio first thing in the morning. my work outs are either late morning or early evening. i used to do the cardio right after my work outs but i think i'm having better luck doing my cardio in the a.m. and seperate from my work outs.
You know how I get up for that 6am workouts... Before I go to bed I prepare myself for the next day's workout, watch a vid of Rich Gaspari or someone really motivating! You will be amazed how quick you jump out of bed the next morning to go wreck yourself in the gym!!! Really works, but you have to prepare your mind..
