The stress release and meeting people who have similar lifestyle habits as mine. I love running to find out where a path leads to, or what is around the next corner.

Running 5K and 10k races. My first half marathon was completed in 1 hour and 58 minutes. My second was 1 hour 44 minutes.
I thought it would be a good idea to do it like that to see progress more clearly. I wish there were more options on bodyspace to do the same with more muscle groups.
thanks, i used to hate my body, but i joined this and everyone shows their body off so y not lol...wat have i got to lose, i get either ur hot or ur a slut or great job....and wen people say great job it motivates me to do better.
Question for all...two questions, how do you put a question on the forum and second, when I list a push-up or a pull-up in an exercise, should it be 0lbs or should it be my body weight.
