chelsbells I've been like that I was in a very bad slump for about it month, it really messed me up. But just this week I got out of it and have been going harder than ever. All I did was go buy some new workout clothes and got real. Ask yourself why you're doing this in the first place, what made you want to start working out in the first place!? Jul 1, 2011 6:56am

kratoscomm Hi Darrin! Well, my diet is pretty basic; high protein and moderate carbs and fats. My supplements include whey protein, fish oil, multi-vitamin, creatine, and bcaas. I have just recently added CLA and L-carnitine to my supplement stack for fat loss. I hope that helps! Jun 5, 2011 2:27pm
